2. Payments, Credits, Subscriptions, and Refunds

The Service may offer one-time purchases, credit packs, and recurring subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Where a verified technical error on our side causes credits to be consumed without delivering a result, we will restore the affected credits. Except as required by applicable law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not modify, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute the Service or its underlying software, or use it to build a competing product.

4. Disclaimer

The Service and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
